If you are in immediate danger

The services below are free. Numbers can change: each entry links to its official source and shows the date it was last checked. “Check locally” means the source does not state hours.

If your country is not listed, search for a domestic abuse helpline in your country, or a national cyber crime reporting service. Government, police and established charity websites are the most reliable places to find current numbers. If you think your phone is being watched, search from a device the other person has not had access to.

Inside Applore

Applore includes this same list on its Talk to someone screen, free and with no ads.

  1. Open Applore and go to the safety tools, then Talk to someone.
  2. Applore shows your country first where it can. Tap Change country to pick another.
  3. Tap Call, Text or Open website next to an entry. Nothing is dialled or sent until you choose to.

The list is included in the app, so showing it does not need an internet connection, and Applore does not record which hotline you view or contact. Calls and texts go through your phone’s own dialler and messaging app. Quick exit (Leave this screen now) closes Applore in one tap and removes it from Recents. It does not delete data or hide that Applore is installed. The privacy policy has the details.

If Applore flagged an app and you are thinking about removing it, read before you remove a suspicious app first. Removing a monitoring app can alert the person who installed it.

About Applore’s check

A support service can help whatever Applore’s check shows. How detection works explains what the check looks at.

How this list is maintained

Each entry was checked against its official source on the date shown. We only list hours where the source states them. The list is updated with app releases, and this page is updated at the same time.

If a number is wrong, has changed or no longer connects, email info@applore.io with the country and the entry name. You do not need to tell us anything about yourself or your situation. More guides are on the safety guides page.
