Who we are and what these terms cover

“Applore”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean GTS Infosoft LLP. “The apps” means Applore Free (applore.device.manager) and Applore Pro (applore.device.manager.pro) for Android, and this website.

These terms replace the earlier terms published under the “Mobile Brain” name.

Accepting these terms

By installing or using the apps, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

You may use the apps only if you can form a binding contract where you live, and only if you are at least 13 years old, or older where the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services. If you use the apps for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

The apps

• Applore Free is free to download. It shows ads outside the safety screens.
• Applore Pro has no ads and includes extra features. It is available as a separate app on Google Play, or as a purchase inside Applore Free.

Applore is available for Android only. Features may change over time. We may add, change or remove features, or stop offering an app, with or without notice.

Your licence and its limits

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps on Android devices you own or control, under these terms.

You must not:

• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the apps, or help anyone else do so, except where the law allows it;
• use the apps to monitor, track or collect data about another person without their knowledge and consent;
• use the apps in a way that breaks the law or Google Play’s policies;
• remove our notices or use our name, logo or brand without written permission.

Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms.

Your data, files and backups

Your files, vault items, passwords and contacts stay on your device unless you choose to back them up or share them.

Backups go to your own Google Drive account, through the permission you give with your Google account. Google’s terms apply to your Drive. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for keeping copies of anything important.

If you share a file, a report or other content with someone, what they do with it is outside our control.

Deleting apps, files and contacts is your decision

Applore can uninstall apps, delete duplicate files and merge contacts when you ask it to. These actions can remove data that cannot be recovered. Check what you select and back up first. You are responsible for the actions you choose to take.

Safety tools

Applore’s safety tools check installed apps against a list of known stalkerware indicators and look for warning signs, such as a hidden app icon combined with sensitive access. Safety Check guides you through settings on your phone.

These tools cannot find every monitoring app. New or unknown apps, apps in a work profile and tools that need a rooted phone may be missed. A result that finds nothing does not prove that a phone is free of monitoring. The tools do not block apps and do not provide real-time protection.

The safety tools, the hotline list and our guides are general information. They are not legal advice and not a substitute for help from a support service, a professional or the police. Removing a monitoring app can alert the person who installed it. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number.

Reports you create in the app are for your own records. We make no claim about whether they can be used as evidence.

Purchases, subscriptions and cancellation

Purchases are made through Google Play and are handled by Google under Google Play’s terms. Prices are shown on Google Play and may differ by country.

• A subscription renews until you cancel it in Google Play. Deleting the app or your Applore account does not cancel it.
• Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies. We do not run a separate refund scheme, but if something went wrong with a purchase, email us and we will help with the Play refund request.
• The purchase options for Applore Pro, and whether an option renews, are shown on Google Play before you buy. Check the option you chose in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions.

Advertising in Applore Free

Applore Free shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are not shown on the safety screens. How ad data is handled is described in our privacy policy. Applore Pro has no ads.

Accounts

Signing in with Google is optional. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see Delete your Applore account.

Third-party services and links

The apps use services from third parties, such as Google Play, Google Drive and Firebase. Their own terms and policies apply. The apps and this website may link to other websites, including support services. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Open-source software and data included in the apps are provided under their own licences. Where a licence conflicts with these terms, the licence applies to that component. The stalkerware indicator list is based on data by Echap, licensed under CC BY 4.0.

Suspending or ending your use

You can stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them.

We may suspend or end your access to online features if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your use could harm other users or us. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first.

Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted or able to find every problem on your device.

Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GTS Infosoft LLP and its partners, employees and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes loss of data, use, profits or business, however caused.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the apps is limited to the amount you paid us for the apps in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the apps are brought in the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, and both you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will give notice in the app or by email where we can. If you keep using the apps after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
