Get Applore on Google Play
Applore is available for Android phones from Google Play, and only from Google Play. Choose Applore Free, which shows ads outside the safety screens, or Applore Pro, which has no ads.
Applore Free
The free app includes the check for known stalkerware and the safety steps, Password Vault, App Lock for up to 3 apps, Vault Gallery for up to 20 items, and the file, contact, wellbeing and device tools. It shows ads outside the safety screens.

Applore Pro
A separate paid app, bought once, with no ads. Its data does not carry over from Applore Free. It has no App Lock or Vault Gallery limit and adds the full analysis of each finding, an evidence report, Phone back check (a snapshot check), Private Camera, Advance Lock and more. Compare Free and Pro.

What's new in the latest release
- The stalkerware check is now called Suspicious App Checker.
- It uses a reviewed, signed threat list with public indicators from Echap, the Mobile Verification Toolkit project and ESET. Applore checks for a new list about once a day.
- Known harmful apps are matched by signing certificate or exact file, never by name alone.
- If Google Play Protect is on, the apps it reports as harmful are listed too.
- Copies of popular apps installed from outside an app store are listed for you to check.
- Apps installed by your phone maker’s own firmware are no longer flagged as sideloads.
- Antivirus test apps show as a harmless test threat.
- The accessibility explanation now names every feature that uses it: App Lock and Mental Wellbeing.
Applore APK and mod APK files: why we don't offer them
Google Play is the only official source of Applore. We do not publish APK files, and we do not work with APK download sites. Pages offering an “Applore APK”, a “mod APK” or a “Pro unlocked” file are not ours: a modified copy of a safety app is exactly the kind of app the Suspicious App Checker warns about.
- Updates arrive automatically through Google Play, including safety fixes.
- Google Play Protect checks apps installed from Google Play.
- You get the real app. A copy from another website could be changed, out of date, or not made by us at all.
To check you have the real app, open its Google Play page from the buttons on this website. The package names are another check: Applore’s are applore.device.manager and applore.device.manager.pro.
If you already installed Applore from another website, uninstall it and install Applore from Google Play instead.
Before you install
- Signing in. Many tools work without an account. Setting up App Lock currently asks you to sign in with Google, and signing in is also used for PIN recovery and backups to your own Google Drive.
- You choose before the first scan. The first time you open Applore, a screen explains what it reads about your installed apps. Applore does not read your app list until you allow it.
- Permissions are asked when you need them. For example, All files access when you open the file manager, and Usage access when you set an app time limit. The permissions page explains each one.
- What leaves your phone is described in data and privacy and the privacy policy.
