Support hotlines and Quick exit
Applore includes a short list of support services for domestic abuse and cyber crime help, and a Quick exit that leaves the app in one tap. Both are free, and the safety screens show no ads.

Support hotlines
The Talk to someone screen lists free, confidential services you can reach from your phone. They include emergency numbers, domestic abuse helplines and cyber crime reporting services.
- Countries: India, the United States and the United Kingdom, plus Other countries with global options.
- Your country first: Applore puts your country at the top when it can tell which one you are in. Tap Change country to see another list.
- One tap to reach a service: each entry opens your phone’s dialer, messaging app or browser. Nothing is dialled or sent until you choose to.
- Checked and sourced: each entry shows when it was last checked and links to the official source.
Numbers can change. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
Quick exit
Quick exit is for moments when you need to close Applore fast. One tap:
- takes you to the phone’s home screen;
- removes Applore from your recent apps, so the screen you were on does not show there.
You find it on Applore’s safety screens. On the hotline list, the button reads Leave this screen now. The safe removal steps offer it first, before anything else.
Quick exit does not delete data, and it does not hide that Applore is installed.
Safety screens
Applore treats its safety screens differently from the rest of the app, in Applore Free and Applore Pro:
- No ads. Applore Free shows ads outside the safety screens, never on them.
- Hidden from screenshots. Android does not allow screenshots or screen recordings of these screens.
- Blank Recents preview. When you switch apps, the preview of the safety screen is blank.
How it works
- Open Applore’s safety tools and choose Talk to someone. You can also reach it from the safe removal steps for a flagged app.
- Check the country at the top. Change it if you need to.
- Read the entry’s description, then tap Call, Text or Open website.
- To leave at any time, tap Leave this screen now.
What stays on your phone
The hotline list is bundled with the app, so opening it does not contact a server. Applore does not record which entry you view, call or text.
Calls and texts go through your phone’s own apps, so they appear in your call log and messages app. Websites appear in your browser history. If someone else looks at this phone, you may want to delete them afterwards. The privacy policy has the details.
Free and Pro
The hotline list, Quick exit and the ad-free safety screens are free in both Applore Free and Applore Pro.
Good to know
- Not every country is listed. Outside India, the United States and the United Kingdom, the global options are a starting point. Searching for a domestic abuse or cyber crime helpline in your country will often find local services.
- Applore is not a support service. It shows you where to find help. The services on the list are run by other organisations.
- Quick exit is not a way to hide the app. Anyone who looks at your app list can still see Applore.
- Before you remove an app that Applore flags, read before you remove a suspicious app. Removing a monitoring app can alert the person who installed it.

Questions
Which countries are in the hotline list?
The list in the app covers India, the United States and the United Kingdom, plus a section for other countries with global options. Applore shows your country first when it can tell which one you are in, and you can change the country. If your country is not listed, a local search for a domestic abuse or cyber crime helpline is a good next step.
Does Applore record which hotline I call?
No. The list is bundled with the app, and Applore does not record which entry you view or call. Calls and texts go through your phone's own dialer or messaging app, so they appear in your call log and messages, and websites appear in your browser history. If someone else looks at your phone, you may want to delete them afterwards.
What happens when I tap Quick exit?
Quick exit takes you to the home screen in one tap and removes Applore from your recent apps, so the last screen you were on is not shown there. It is on Applore's safety screens, including the hotline list, where the button reads Leave this screen now.
Does Quick exit hide Applore from my phone?
No. Quick exit does not delete data, uninstall Applore or hide that Applore is installed. The app icon stays in your app list. It only closes the screen quickly and removes Applore from the Recents view. Anyone who looks through your app list can still see that Applore is installed.
