Write to info@applore.io for help with the app, feedback, corrections, press or partnership questions. Many answers are already in the FAQ and on the support page.
If you need help with a problem, include:
- your phone’s make and model, and its Android version;
- whether you use Applore Free or Applore Pro, and the app version;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Delete your account
Email info@applore.io with the subject Delete my Applore account, from the Google address you signed in to Applore with. Delete your Applore account explains what is deleted and what is kept.
Press
For boilerplate and facts you can quote, see the press kit. For other press questions, email us with “Press” in the subject.
We never ask for
We will never ask for your App Lock PIN or pattern, your passwords or your login token, by email or any other way. If a message claiming to be from Applore asks for them, do not reply.
